ScanEat — Terms of Service

1) Introduction & Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ScanEat, our website located at https://scaneat.exviro.com, and any related services provided by UTLTY LLC (Exviro division) (“Exviro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By installing or using ScanEat, visiting our website, or using related services, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the App, the Site, or our services.

If you access or download ScanEat from the Apple App Store, you also agree to any Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service. If you access or download it from Google Play, you also agree to the Google Play Terms of Service and any applicable usage rules.

We may update these Terms at our sole discretion. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where feasible, notify you in-app and/or via email if you provided one. Changes take effect on publication unless stated otherwise.

2) Limitations of Use

By using ScanEat and our website, you warrant for yourself (and any entity you represent) that you will not:

• modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer the App, the Site, or any software/materials contained in them;
• remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App, the Site, or included materials;
• transfer the App or any associated materials to another person or mirror materials on any other server;
• knowingly or negligently use the App, the Site, or related services in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks, infrastructure, or services;
• use the App or services to transmit or publish any harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material;
• use the App or services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• use the App to send unauthorized advertising or spam;
• harvest, collect, or gather user data without proper consent; or
• use the App or services in a manner that infringes the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of third parties.
